Permission Slips

Please remember, you must have a permission slip signed or a parent/guardian must email to let me know that you are permitted to stay. I cannot just take your word that you are permitted to stay.

All students who attend must have a signed permission slip.
Students are allowed to bring a snack and drink if they wish.
